These past weeks have been one of my career highlights, presenting a large scale public video artwork called Temple in collaboration with Melvin J. Montalban - as part of the Vivid Sydney, a festival of Light, Music and Ideas. Melvin and I have been so delighted to see the warm response from people who have been able to visit and experience Temple in person, as well as those who have discovered it online.

Human lives on this planet can be intense at times and we all need time to pause. The work embodies the idea of nature as a sacred refuge and is a reminder that it has the power to bring us into the present moment and offer us the gift of peace and awe.⁣ Temple is a space that stirs the human spirit, where the link between ourselves and a universe that all living creatures are part of becomes apparent. The natural world is a gift to cherish and protect.⁣
